^ Been there, done that!
Well, I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, it has been a real bad one. Have had the odd clear moment, mingled with a sane moment or two, mingled with a “IgottadosomethingtotakemymindofthispainbeforeIkillsomeone” time. But I think I am getting there now *crosses fingers*
Have spent a lot of time in bed, mist the quiz, twice! Have hardely spoken two words to Pluty and Linky this week, but they are used to it
This fricking weather is shyt too  The wind is awful! I am on a pine end and its whirling round the corner like a whirl wind ffs
23 October, 2008 at 2:22 pm #327978Dawny isnt there anything the docs can give you? I,m presuming they,ve tried everything. It must be awful to suffer so much. I,ve never had them thankfully, but that sounded a real bad one. They must be so debilitating for you. Poor old you.
23 October, 2008 at 2:39 pm #327979I got the medication for Migraine and the preventative stuff, but unfortunatly Batty, they just dont work. As Dibbs and others with Migraine will tell you. Its just a matter of throwing yourself in bed, in the dark and crying and sleeping it off till it goes away.
I have never had anything like this in my life. I wouldnt wish it on my worse enermy. In 18 months I have had like a crash course in Migraine.
Ordinary painkillers dont work Batty :(

Mates are off to Alton Towers and i have to work this Sat :x
I can top that, I have worked some of – if not all through – the past seven weekends. And I’m dayshift right through the next two (at least) So much football shall be and has missed, no Soccer Saturday either. I’ll only see about half an hour of it at lunch time. Even if it’s an evening premiership game, I’ll have missed the first half by the time I get home
Deffo topped.. :( Feeling your pain matey… you know it will be worth it in the end tho…
23 October, 2008 at 5:23 pm #327981Standing in the cold and rain for 15 minutes waiting for a group of students to turn up to an appointment which I had rang and confirmed with them and yet they STILL didnt turn up for the viewing!

Yep, hopefully I’ll be able to negotiate Old Firm weekend off – if not then it’ll never be worth it  They know I’m the only one who watches football so their insensitivity in expecting me to work is just unbelievable.
An unexpected dayshift and an email from my boss which hasn’t gone down too well with a few of us are today’s little rays of sunshine.
