I have noticed a message on the top of my screen while i was looking at a few websites.
“this web site wants to run the following add on, quicktime check scriptable object from apple computer”
havent seen this before, what is it??? :?
I’ve had some similar to that but I don’t know all the tech terms to explain it.
Basically, from what I understand, it’s just reccomending an add on for the site to function. If you click on the message, you should see an option to install. On mine, it’s usually ‘Install DirectX (or something similar)’ or ‘What’s the risk?’
Depending on what the site is, I usually just let it do what it wants. If that makes any sense.
