If only I were into the whole lesbian thing, this decision would be so much easier.    Too funny Soulie!

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I was hoping to have more of the James Belfast comments – But I guess maybe the easy way out isn’t always the best.

btw – I’ll hold you all responsible if I do sh*tty

You’ve asked the audience, you can’t go “fifty-fifty”, just phone a friend left then

If you actually NEED it towards your degree AW, surely there’s no question?

The problem is if I don’t pass this class – which there is about a 70% likely hood that I won’t – I’ll loose 2 years worth of classes. If I take the safe way out – I’ll still have time to take the math class at a later date.

Ha ha btw Slayer – That made me laugh

Face your fears and take the challenge. If you want it bad enough you will pass and you will feel so much better for it afterwards.

I assumed this was the case when I gave my answer – I also assume that some others didn’t – otherwise you should have got more of the ‘James Belfast’ type of answers!! You are not here to impress this lot AW, you would be stupid to be arrogant about this. Speak to your tutor (a must!) but you seem to have answered your own question… take the easiest option, then kick your @rse and work harder for the math exam next time!

100% chance of wasting 6 months study or 70% chance of wasting 2 years’ study – I know math isn’t your strong card but it’s pretty obvious!

This is my second attempt at taking this class. If I don’t think I’ll learn from the teacher, I end up dropping the class before it counts against me. But, because it’s a summer course, the teacher has not been announced yet and they are only offering this class once at night (which is the only time I can take it). It’s not really telling myself I can’t do it – it’s just knowing what my limitations are and how I learn best. It depends A LOT on who the teacher will be. If it’s the Chinese guy who I’ve tried taking before, I’ll never make it. He talks about math (very fast and in horrible English) and never uses the board. How the hell are people supposed to learn that way? I’m an extremely visual person – I have to see it to understand it. Am I babbling? I’ll shut up now.

Is it still “millionaire” over there AW? Or have they bumped up the volume? For a few dollars more?

Nope Slayer – Still “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire”. But, Regis Phillman is no longer the host so it’s a crap show now. I’m into the Deal or No Deal drama now.

Take the class you need, Just revise more thoroughly and and try and learn most of the material. I having the same problem, in order to get into university I have got to do a key skills maths course along side my health & social care class. I’m useless at maths, but taking the time to revise has made it easier.
