Sometimes i find myself lay in bed at nights imagining the most awful things happening resulting in his death, or thinking what if something ever happened to me, who would he live with, who would ensure he got all the love and attention he needed.
Probably sounds totally looney but it is the one fear i don’t think i am EVER going to get over.

I once woke up next to a moth after a heavy drinking session, when i saw her across the dancefloor a few hours earlier she was a butterfly, guess i must have had the beer goggles on 8) obviously waking up to this scary creature frightened me half to death…What did I do? I’ll tell you,
I slipped quietly out of bed tippy-toed gently around the room, opened the door without it squeeking (thats a talent in its self) and very quietly turned on the landing light hoping that the moth would be attracted to the light and P*** off and leave me alone,
Alas this tactic failed, so the back up plan (always have a back up-plan) went into action i didn’t feel good about it, But what can you do? I rolled up a newspaper and attacked her like a madman, obviosly my first attemp to hit her on the head failed but woke her up, she then started running eratically around the room us both being equally scared of each other  this carried on for about 20 mins before i finally gave up and went into the other bedroom with the pillow tucked under my arm. When I awoke a few hours later the moth…. was gone. I do still have nightmares about it though.

Me too – there’s no one who will raise them they way I want them to be. :? And their Dad couldn’t cope on his own.
