Ive had a really great day.
Watched Arsenal play the quality of footie they are known for and win(!)
And just watched England X1 v Rest Of the World X1 and we won that.
A guy who won a competition through the Sun newspaper came on at the last minute and England got a pen. They let him take it and he scored!!
You should have seen his face. It made me nearly cry. I love my footie and it was just one of those moments that you know this guy and his 50 mates who were in the crowd and all his family will never ever forget.
Let the season beginnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8) 8)
29 July, 2007 at 8:19 pm #280697who was a rsenal playing? Forrest Green?
really missed footy season, can’t wait for it to get started again, summer is never the same without any football
29 July, 2007 at 9:20 pm #280698Inter Milan…. Keep up lol!! The Emirates Cup. Even though we picked up a trophey I got more pleasure out of watching this guy who won a comp score a pen for England. Bareing in mind they changed the rules this year: 8 x players and 3 celebs…. it used to be 7 4.
His face will stay in my mind :)
