During the usual reminiscing session at Christmas my son always but always has to tell everyone how when he was 14, in the middle of eating his spaghetti bolognaise he sneezed and spaghetti shot out of his nose infront of my mother!

Ive always felt a bit embarassed about this but decided it was time to come clean and outdo him this year just to shut him up. A couple of years ago I was delicately eating Bombay mix out of a ramekin dish whilst slumbering on the settee in front of the tele when I accidently sniffed a lentil up one of my nostrils it took two days and a damn good sneeze for it come out! (it didnt hurt a bit)!

I also had a little Shih Tzu once who loved playing with bugs and sniffed up a ladybird, my son was only 6 and very distraught at the thought of it dieing but hey presto he sneezed it out and Mrs Ladybird flew of, just as well because her house was on fire and her children were at home!

And I’m back to work on Monday and if anyone says good I swear I will tell you all the Goldfish stories I know!

Thank God rosepetal, that you didn’t do a “Little Miss Muffet” and sat on a ‘tuffet’….. it would take a lot more than a sneeze to get that out !!!
