    If anyone going to the meet needs special diet …… and i dont mean just liquid one…..
    was just a thought please let me know so we can arrange something suitable for anyone that cant eat what everyone else does.

    Hi again Everyone,

    Just to let you know that the hotel Manager does know were all having meal on the Sat night and is sorting out a menu with some different choices for us. Plus for those who get thirsty in between courses we should be right next to the lounge bar to get drinks easily.

    Thanks to everyone for keeping me informed who wanted to go and who had to cancel or who cant say till last minute. I am sure everyone that goes will have a good time and look forward to seeing you all.

    For those staying at the main hotel on the Fri or Sat or Both the check in time is 2pm so if there earlier you will get into your rooms at 2. I will try and be there for 1pm on the Friday.
    Safe journey to you all and see you on Fri or Sat or Both.

    PS the main clubs been fore warned were decending on them lol
