Now if you took the same principle and extrapolated from it that could mean that the stars you see in the sky are actually the image of them from hundreds or thousands of years ago. Don’t know about you but I find that pretty neat

20 June, 2008 at 11:13 pm #349238did you know that the average human being has at least nine senses. apart from sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch you also have thermoception (the ability to sense heat or its absence of on your skin), equilibrioception (sense of balance), nociception (perception of pain) and proprioception (body awareness such as knowing where your foot is without looking at it). some neurologist claim that humans have 21 senses (looks like you might need to rename the ‘sixth’ sense)
btw the brain has no pain receptors (weird)
