Polar Bear fur isnt white
it is actually colourless and reflects light depending upon its surroundings, their skin is actually black and their meat is poisonous if consumed. The largest recorded polar bear stood 11ft tall, they are also the only species of bear especially adapted to be completely carnivorous (all other bears are omnivorous)
Pandas can only properly digest 10% of what they consume

18 June, 2008 at 10:39 pm #349230It’s because they are not properly adapted to be purely herbivorous.
the platypus and the echidna are the only warm blooded animals that lay eggs
pigs and kangaroos do not have sweat glands
when a python constricts it is with a force of 1 kilogram per square centimetre (14.2 pounds per square inch) that’s six times the strength of the firmest of human handshakes.18 June, 2008 at 11:17 pm #349231Did ytou know that if you stretched out an elephants foreskin it could cover a footy pitch?

if all the skin was removed from the human body and laid down it would be enough to cover a tennis court.
20 June, 2008 at 10:06 pm #349236that when you look at the sky at night you are techinically time travelling, to make myself clearer the speed of light is 299,792,458 metres per second (1,079,252,849 km/h) and the distance of the Earth from the Sun is 93 million miles, this means it takes 8.3 minutes for light from the Sun to reach Earth. Now if you took the same principle and extrapolated from it that could mean that the stars you see in the sky are actually the image of them from hundreds or thousands of years ago. Don’t know about you but I find that pretty neat
