I think it was LD who banned me last night as well i only compained i was being bullied.
Seems to be ok to say what you like to people of your name is Rob Claire or Envy, and seems to be ok to log in under what obnoxious name you like, but critisise a guide and its ban ban ban.
I just looked in f2 and 3 and was appalled at some of the log in names, but, this is JC, its fine to use language like that and log in under names which the authorities should be investigating, but critisise a chatter for bullying and the guides have the power to side with their friends and kick you out.
not when i was a guide it wasnt, first thing was to check the names any “dodgy” ones were booted then in room itself warn by PM maybe silence the person doin the stirring and ultimately boot them if needed, just depended on the person and what was being posted
Its ridiculous, someone in f1 was throwing abuse at chatters so I found a guide in f2 and they wouldn’t do anything! They said they would check the history and then fecked off…in the end I found another guide who instantly booted the person. And that was on the rare occasion that a guide happened to be about! Which leads me to another point… you rarely see a guide, and when you do they appear to come in two’s.. why is that??

For some it probably makes them feel important gives them a little power trip but we (i’m saying we i havent been in chat for years) tend to remember the “bad” instances rather than the pretty thankless unpaid job the majority probably do

What’s the point in doing a job, unpaid or not, if they are not going to do what is required…?
There isnt but waht people need to do is complain privately to Martin i guess if enough do he cant simply ignore it ?

And while they are at it perhaps they can complain the constant moaners and whingers who carry on arguments day after day, week after week and month after month. Some chatters are like a dog with a bone they never let go and instead of doing the adult thing and sorting it out in pc they continue to let others jump on the bandwagon until it all gets out of hand and bores the pants off people who are there for a laugh.
We all know there arent enough guides around and is it any wonder whatever they do is wrong, sometimes forum 3 is flying with nearly 150 people in there, so fast I can’t follow it yet we all expect the guides to follow everything thats happening. I was banned myself and surprisingly it didnt change my life! It’s a chatroom so get a grip fgs!
