    She’s on one of those work trial schemes which means I have to fill in an assessment form on her suitablility for the role.

    I think she’s ok, but it’s not just about correcting rogue trader’s mistakes – it’s to do with customer service skills too and making him (and you..) glad that you’re learning stuff that will benefit you both.

    Ah! But you are forgetting me on the side-lines, so to speak!! How the feck do you think she gets her info – now that is gonna be funny – btw I am a graphologist, so can spot someone from their grammer, a mile off, even if they try and change it!!! lubs ya Su :) xxx
