    In which case the USB 2.0 drivers are already installed. Check by going to the device manager and looking for a device called ‘USB 2.0 Root Hub’

    i wrote to creative a month ago.. stil lawaiting reply :) but there have a message board.. i’m not only person with problem, so i am thinking its more the fault of the player… as when my uncle plugs his mp3 player in which is a river.. it works no worrys on usb2
