ok problem is.. i have recently bought a creative zen its usb2 .. but when i plug it into any of my usb2 ports it says…

you can make this device run faster if you connect it into one of the usb2 ports

well i have tried them all.. and still it says no, sorry… going slow

Could be one of 2 things,

    1. you do not have a usb2 interface on your computer
    2. the drivers for your usb interface are wrong (ie, usb1.1 installed instead of usb2)

i thought that too.. so i downloaded the updated drivers.. from medion website… and basicly.. its just a folder full of drivers.. tried updating, but nothing happens.. so i gave up

maybe its point number 1.. i thought my comp was usb2, as it said on the box, when i bought it 2 years ago :)
