Well… …I’m glad you like your pets

how could you not love this lil beauty she even likes to take a bath

Awwwwwwww thin what a sweet doggy. What’s her name? Bless. Come on Mrs K, you gotta admit she’s cute.

    her name is mia
the best dog in the world
had a terrible life before she came to me
i dont have the words to describe how much i love her :)

Awwwwww bless her heart. What happened to her then before you had her? Did her previous owners ill-treat her? She looks adorable. I can certainly understand your love for her. I feel the same way about my cats. I used to have a dog, a golden lab called Honey. She had leptrospirosis and she had to be put to sleep. I still miss her even after all these years.

she was owned by a drug dealing dog fighter type :(
    kept in a tiny cage
    bred with a pit bull
    my son stole her
she spent the first 3 days throwing up and crapping
was as skinny as can be
on the forth day she ate two of her boobs off
and cost me 600 in vets bills
but i still loves her

I’ve got a heinz 57 dog from Battersea Dog Home (I think Rhodesion Ridgeback/staffy and summit and summit else – hope it was the ridgeback that gave birth! lol) – I would have a cat too, except all 30kg of him, might eat it!

I have had him for 11 years, god only knows what I will be like when he pops his clogs

I lost a cat recently she was 21 years old, I was so upset. She was a lovely creature when we got her it was because she was going to be put down, she was the runt of the litter and was cross-eyed (bit like the cross eyed lion remember that show?)

Anyway we took her in, she turned into the most beautiful creature and lived for 21 years! that’s very old for a cat. We all have such lovely memories of her.

Awww ((((((((((Mrs T)))))))))) mwa mwa xxx

I reckon my dawg will reach about 14, being a mixture – really really hope so anyway – they do say that they live longer than pedigrees. Well that is, if he doesn’t eat a feral rabid cat, I should be ok on the squirrel front as he has never managed to catch one (doesn’t half try though)!!

That bliddy film Marley and me has got me all in a tizz – cried for about an hour ffs, and made me think about my dog’s mortality – I am never ever going to watch it again – so that is a tip for all dog owner’s who read this, don’t watch it! x

Y is kenty practically being burned at the stake for not liking pets??? . I like dogs but personally loath moggies! We all have our own way of things and I have to say that kenty is right about the poo sniffing and stuff :). i certainly didnt get the impression that she was calling all pet owners dirty or suggesting that their houses were dirty.

I guess its just to each their own ( as someone said to me recently  )

Yes each to their own Eve ….in only some cases obviously
