Isn’t it time we got shot of the lot of them! Then we can concentrate on Asylum
Three out of four asylum seekers remain in the UK and the system costs £2m a day, migration campaigners have said.
One in four asylum decisions led to the applicant being removed from the country between 1997 and 2010, according to Migration Watch.
Analysis of 660,000 cases during that period suggests 243,000 people remained legally and 266,000 illegally, the pressure group said.
Of those denied asylum during this period, 151,540 were removed and 8,615 were later found to have left the country of their own accord.
But 266,000 are believed to have stayed anyway, Migration Watch said.
Some of these individuals may have been granted leave to remain when the UK Border Agency tried to clear a backlog of “legacy cases”.
Others may have been included in a “controlled archive” which means they have not been traced but there is no sign they left the country.

From across the pond a few years back, perhaps a sign of what is happening here.
31 August, 2011 at 1:10 am #473427More pressure being exerted by Dr Watt, this time it appears to be based on a matter of procedure and law. It really is a great breath of freshness to see Dr Watt and others challenge these anomalies. I do think Dr Watt is taking a great risk in his stance and must be respected for it. Given the implications should it be discovered that Dr Kelly was indeed murdered, then I would suggest Dr Watt take every precaution to safe guard himself from those guilty of any such murder.
Clearly there are potentially many in high positions aware or at least complicit with any wrongdoing, and Dr Watt drawing attention to it is nothing but honourable. Thanks to Dr Watt, we no doubt will witness more contrived efforts from those in Government and can examine any response made, providing of course they choose not to disguise their language and double speak.
The Death of David Kelly – On 18th July 2003 Lord Falconer had no powers as “Secretary of State for Constitutional Affairs”
However, for the avoidance of doubt, I do believe that Dominic Grieve QC MP has committed the offences of Misconduct in Public Office and Perverting the Course of Justice. But that is not the immediate focus of this post.
Dominic Grieve knew on 9th June (or had opportunity to know) that what he was saying to the House of Commons was untrue.

On Thursday 11th August, I was remanded to prison because they refused me access to a duty solicitor, the necessary disclosures and my own paperwork.
On Friday 12th August, I was ‘sentenced’ after they continued to deny me access to a duty solicitor, the necessary disclosures and my paperwork.
Hence the reason for ‘Judge’ Evans descending to the court cells with his scribes.
A barrister from Birnberg Peirce Solicitors turned up for reasons unknown on the Friday, to confirm they were not acting for me! They have also failed to hand over the necessary disclosures.
Such is an institutionally corrupt system.
The guy from Birnberg Peirce muttered something about their ‘good reputation’. Clearly they are entirely ok with being responsible for their ‘clients’ being called ‘criminals’, however the ‘problem’ is clearly the consistent nature of our campaigning for an effective system of J.U.S.T.I.C.E. that actually protected the people….. EVERYWHERE.
If a ‘lawyer’ came on board doing justice, that would actually help to bring about the necessary change.
And all the ‘lawyers’ we have come across are just doing ‘cab off the rank’ misrepresentation, serving HM Government, end of. They just want to keep their heads down and hang out with their clique.
It becomes self evident that it is not a system of justice when your own ‘lawyers’ don’t want you to tell the truth.
This latest car crash style of justice only reinforces to me how important it is what we do.
And it is only the ‘do-ing’ which can bring about change. Look at how many people who write about what is going on. But unless something is then done, to me what was written is meaningless.
I am using my time ‘inside’ productively and constructively. I am in a cell on the top floor with four other women. I am by a window looking out over a courtyard garden.
There are quite a few women in Holloway who have been imprisoned because of the riots.
These are historical times we live in.
It is eye opening to think that if you are a ‘protester’ in Libya, the UN and UK have no problem with / will give you a machine gun, rocket launcher, arrange arial bombing so that people can, in their own words, “take matters into their own hands”.
I still think Brian showed everyone the best way of doing things. I miss him heaps and remember his final words “Babs, our work is not yet finished”.
Much love, Babs xxxx

I’ve composed two videos of a talk from ‘rusty’ the sherif. Here he describes his sovereign authority over HIS BEING and how that relates to modern law now adrift in a sea of statutes and instruments. The audio I have extracted from a video on the bbc5 channel which has a file size of 135mb, this I have reduced to appx 15mb ( appx 15minutes) per video in two parts, this hopefully will be easier for those with limited data transfer allowanceto download.Land ahoy me hearties . . . ~ I see no ships ~

4 September, 2011 at 5:55 am #473432With the recent riots, maladministration, increasing lack of accountability, abuse of power, Government corruption and fiscal failure etc and so on. I felt compelled to research this increasing breakdown in our society. While researching this, I came across the video linked to below.
The video has been produced by Mr Joe Dowling. Mr Dowling, an aged man, sets out his experience in trying to establish a just conclusion to a matter of fraud he discovered had been committed by his family solicitor. The case involves a theft of funds from a trustee account set up by Mr Dowling’s family solicitor. The funds had been set aside with the agreement of Mr Dowling to cover a potential cost from Mr Dowling’s local authority by way of a grant paid to Mr Dowling by the authority for the upkeep of his home which had been granted listed building status.
Mr Dowling is a well spoken man and here he explains perfectly the absolute abuse of power which he was subjected to from the Police, the law society, parliament and both solicitors and barristers. The case started off in the 90’s and continued for ten years or more. From discovering the fraud committed by his family solicitor and his reporting the crime, Mr Dowling exhausted every lawful procedure necessary yet still failed to find justice, So much so that he purposely broke the law to draw attention to the fraud committed by his solicitor even to the point of being imprisoned for over one year.
The video is about 80 minutes long and has Mr Dowling explaining step by step the corruption throughout our judicial system extending to the police. Please do watch this excellent production by Mr Dowling as he details this gross injustice and please pass on. 4 September, 2011 at 10:45 pm #473433It is almost beyond comprehension what is running through the minds of some people. We the civilised peoples now resort to absolute barbarism. When the life of another appears to be of little or no value, and why? I like many others have no way of ascertaining the truth of this matter but, having seen video footage and testimony from ex service men and women, I have no reason to disbelieve the explanation given.
Images like this give me all the strength and support for the stance I take against this system and all it now stands for. Can you imagine for one instant the feelings and thoughts of the relatives and friends of those children? Can you for one instant imagine seeing your child in such a debauched state? Can you imagine for one instant a world if you withdrew all your support for this crime against humanity . . . Do you like me want to tear your hair out at sights like that picture while fighting back the tears? DO YOU?
