I see Morrisons have replaced the signs that bid you “goodbye” as you leave their supermarket. :?
The new signs say “see you later”.
Now I can understand them wanting a bit of street cred but how far do they need to go to get it ??
In the future for instance, will there be someone giving you a “high 5” as you arrive at the checkout??
Or maybe someone crying and pulling you back by your ankles as you leave the car park begging you not to go??
Trying to make customers feel more welcome than they already are seems to be an open canvas at the moment and competition is fierce but all I really want is cheap food not cheap fooking gimmicks..
I had to laugh at the manager dressed in a pink shirt with a matching 6″ pink tie. Oh dear…..
i’m impressed with your attention to detail i wouldnt have a clue what any of the supermarkets signs said or how the staff dressed tbh, despite the fact that ATD was one of my many moto’s when i was a manager, i’d have give u a job on this post alone lol
