HI THERE,
IS IT JUST ME OR HAS THE POWER IN THE FAR EAST CHANGED,NORTH KOREA WITH AN ATOMIC WEAPON THATS ALL WE NEEDED.
IV GOT TO SAY THAT AMERICAS FORIEGN POLICY HASNT HELPED WHEN HE GAVE HIS FAMOUS SPEEACH TO CONGRESS SAYING THAT IRAN,SYRIA AND NORTH KOREA CONSTITUTAED AN AXES OF EVIL.
WHAT DOES HIM AND HIS HAWKS DO INVADE THE ONLY COUNTRY THAT DIDNT HAVE A NUCLEAR PROGRAMME OR ANY OTHER WEAPONS OF MASS DISSTRUCTION.SO NOW IRAN ARE GOING TO HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO HAVE WEAPONS GRADE PLATONIUM.THEY MUST SAY TO THEM SELVES IF WE HAVE THIS CAPABILITY THEN THE US WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT AN ATTACK.
THE BIGGEST THREAT TO THE REGION ISNT AMERICA OR IRAN I BELIEVE THAT IF IRAN DOES ANOUNCE THE CAPABILITY THEN I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF ISREAL GO AHEAD WITH A PREEMPTIVE STRIKE.IF THE WORLD DONT TRY AND DO SOMETHING NOW THEN THERE WILL BE A SERIOUS BALANCE.AS ISRAEL HAS SHOWN IN THE PAST THEY HAVE NO FEAR IN TAKING THERE OWN ACTION JUST AS THEY DID WHEN SADDAM HUSSAIN STARTED HIS PROGRAMME 12 YEARS AGO AND THAT WAS NOT WITH THE BLESSIN OF THE USA,
NORTH KOREANS DONT KNOW ANY BETTER THEY STILL THINK ELVIS IS ALIVE THESE PEOPLE CANT SUFFER ANY MORE.THEY TALK ABOUT TAKIN SANCTIONS AGAINST THE NORTH THE,VE HAD SANCTIONS FOR YEARS AND THEVE STILL MANAGED TO BUILD MISSLES AND BY THE LOOKS OF IT AN ATTOMIC WEAPON.THESE PEOPLE I FEAR WONT THINK TWICE OF GIVING THIS TECNOLIGY TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER IN A FEW YEARS WE,LL BE MORE CONSERNED OF TERRORISTS HAVING A DIRTY BOMB.THE WORLD HAS NOW GOT TO STAND UP AND TAKE NOTICE THIS IS AND COULD TURN INTO A VERY SERIOUS STAND OF.HOPOE FULLY THE MAIN PLAYERS IN THE REGION ie CHINA AND SOUTH KOREA AND THE RUSSIANS TO DO EVERYTHING IN ITS POWERS TO STOP HIM………………………………….TAM
Korea might be capable of hitting the west coast of the USA. There are also US bases in the south that would be vulnerable to an attack from the north. Obviously North Korea is capable of hitting Japan and South Korea too. On top of that they have a 1 million man army. So the only real option is diplomacy (or assassination but that’s frowned upon and who knows if Kim’s successor will be any better).
North Korea already had contacts with a pakistani nuclear scientist who had links to al qaeda and it has shipped long-range missiles to the regime in Yemen. So it is a dangerous country but the only way to handle the threat is by diplomacy.
As for Iran, their nuclear programme is spread out across Iran and so it won’t be as simple as the attack on the iraqi nuclear project was.

Don’t be daft Mr B, stuff diplomacy – we just let the US Army invade and the US Airforce can nuke them when the Army does its usual trick and screws up.
Meanwhile we await another doom laden speech from Uncle tony about WMDs.
Oh yes I nearly forgot. The United Nations has to meet a few dozen times and throw their hands up in horror first …. THEN the US can invade etc etc.
N Korea is never gonna fire a Nuke off against the US that’s for sure.
Ironically Nukes probably gave us 50-60 years of relative peace because the US and Soviet Union knew that by using them against the other they would be signing up for their destruction as well.
N Korea knows if it ever used one of these wepons against the US, the US would wipe N. Korea from existence.
I think the main fear as Ive said is that if N.Korea is gonna sell one of these nukes to Al Queda. That’s a very real fear I think. If a dirty Nuclear Bomb went off in the US the casualties dont bear thinking about. Who are the US gonna retaliate against if that happened? We’d be talking individuals who had done it, not a country.Oh don’t worry, they’d find somebody. Then they could send in the US Marines complete with the world’s press all lined up to watch them go charging off their landing crafts fully equipped with water bottles, Coca-Cola and camouflage paint.

Isn’t it strange how the US and UK bully their way into a ‘WMD’ country, that actually has no WMD at all. Yet there are those slitty eyed easterners happily concocting a new nuclear molotov cocktail over the past 5 years or so with nothing but a bit of old blarney and empty threats from our blessed leaders Bush and Blair. Makes yer wonder.
