Horses for courses smiley. I know loads of overweight people, most eat a lot less than me but I manage to stay quite slim. A lot of them eat little but often so that may be the problem, rather than have 3 decent meals a day.

I get annoyed with my collegues at work who will say cor how comes you are so skinny? What if I said cor why are you so fat?

Im just realiseing I should not have said that, I dont want to and fuel to an old fire there, but it annoys me probably just as much as it does an overweight person, but I would never say it the other way round as its not then a compliment is it………. but thats what annoys me, its not a compliment when people call me skinny. And its always people who are a little overweight and older who say it.

So………………. as for meat or veg? Meat and 2 veg works for me most nights  the veg is no good without the meat

It’s all to do with metabolism, Sharon. I used to have a very slow metabolism. I was fat myself, ate little.

Drugs sped up my metabolism I suppose.

Then being veggie just helped me drop all the fat.

LMAO. And very flattered they would be!

Carnivorous creatures have a short intestine. Humans have a long intestine.
