Good thought kenty allergy to possible chemicals, not cross my mine till you mentioned it. My other thought too was years ago no additives or preservatives if you will were added as today in too many products even in what we eat.
As for marajuana I know many on weed for medical purposes. Few for cancer with no cure who suffer in pain and some veterans as well who can’t get passed nightmares of war sadly.
Do we exterminate them due to suffering? What about those who are acholochics? (Directed to Thin)
We do what makes us all find a comfort zone. For some perhaps they use a method not like others. We make own choices. Results or out come effect us eventually. Pay the piper some, some do not.

Are you trying to imply I’m an alcoholic Linda ?
10 October, 2019 at 6:28 pm #1127501Thin, I think what Linda is implying should everyone with an addiction be exterminated? “Bad choice of words for a grown man!”Many things are a strain on the NHS and its budget. Smoking? drinking? Obesity ? all these issues are addictive habits. But all’s not bad Thin, if you take a 40 year old man with lung cancer and doesn’t live past 41, then he’s saved the NHS a lot of money than a man who lives into old age and then needs lots of care , hospital visits, tests, prescriptions for long term medication the list goes on. We have An ageing population which is costing the NHS millions as older people live longer. The tax on 20 fags with a price of £8.50 is £6.98 so most smokers are paying for their treatment? Didn’t you have a health scare sometime back? do you think it was money well spent or did you have to change your ways, habits, lifestyle? I don’t smoke , never have! but, I don’t go saying people should be “exterminated” Who is to blame for smoking? blame society, blame the doctors who in the 60s glamorized smoking by appearing in their white coats telling viewers how good a cool long king size fag can be good for you!!We also had children’s cartoon shows with characters telling them what fags to buy for eg Fred flintstone, Yogi bear this list goes on. I still cant believe visiting my sister in the maternity wing and being shocked at mothers holding their babies with a fag in their mouths! imagine that happening today? No wonder kids couldn’t wait to try smoking, Many of the older movies contain tobacco imagery, This is due to the influence and funding from tobacco companies. Money talks and money going up in smoke makes the tobacco companies rich. Blame them!!!!

My dear do you really think I want people exterminated
many things i say are very tongue in cheek
as for my own health issues some 3 years back
no I don’t consider my treatment a waste of my money no
as for you assuming my health issues were a result of my life style I do think that’s a little naive of you
for the record I’ve lived a very healthy life style all of my life
next you will be suggesting that the various young footballers who have had heart attack’s actually on the pitch are to blame for their unhealthy life styles 😊
10 October, 2019 at 8:32 pm #1127509Thin you are a patronising little man! My aren’t you the perfect male species with no vices haha. Why type stupid comments if you don’t mean it? You are the type of person who trys to twist what other people say. Many of your tongue in cheek comments I’ve witnessed are very spiteful and hurtful. You might take that on board and change how you come across. I simply see a jerk who needs to grow up, man up or stfu! Also, don’t try second guess what I might say next! Or are you a mind reader? Your previous bans were totally justified mores the pity some people came out to support you. Wont bother reading what crap you come back with, I’m not wasting anymore of my time. I also never assume or suggest ,that’s your department :)

11 October, 2019 at 3:11 am #1127515To suggest vaping is ‘ disgusting’ is ridiculous
good god. So sick of snowflakes, all holier than thou being offended on everyone else’s behalf
yes smoking is a bad and nasty habit which puts others health at risk ‘ if in close proximity to the smoke ‘
vaping does not produce toxic smoke !! It produces vapour much like steam !! It may contain vegetable oil extracts , many of which are contained in thousands of food products ! Yes, in 30 years time we may or may not find issues, a few cases ‘ may’ already be linked. MAY !! Compared to the millions of people dying through tobacco smoke , firstly or secondary, it means nothing. It’s a drop in the ocean. You just get people who love to moan ! “ oh I had to walk thru a small amount of vanilla smelling cloud ! It’s outrageous !!” Oh wind your necks in! If it saves thousands of lives from lung cancer it’s a step forward. Get off your soap boxes. None of you are perfect !!!
11 October, 2019 at 3:48 am #1127516Ty Sophia and yes you very correct. I was not implying Thin an alcoholic. Should have worded better.
Every one has own vices which may or may not impede on health for them. I have known few who have died from lung cancer..never ever smoked or lived in homes with second hand smoke. I also been told by those who have cancer that these well top notch Doctors have stated that everyone has the “C” cell in their body. For some gets activated no known real cause, for others does not. (Sloan Kettering, N.y.c..hospital, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, Mayo, John Hopkins, Yale University Hospital) These are not NHS hospital but top notch Cancer and Research centers.
I agree Mooosey that what can help reduce possible reduction of series illnesses are a good thing..I am just so surprised as all new things on market are suppose to be FDA approved. This vaping is new what 5, 7 years? Now finding deaths contributing to using product. It is like most trials and errors read about..first coffee no good for you, now is..substitute sugar no good use real thing but both no good..wine no good, now good.
I am sure the product had trials after trials of usage. Now that has become so very popular, finding fault.. thinking of total 218 deaths compared to millions here why is it being pushed out so hard. That is why I shake my head.
We had measles breakout from college students going abroad.. several counties away from me. Guess they never inoculated. Spread like wild flower..over 60 deaths in 3 months..not much news on that.. only that center of control said all must be vaccinated starting in primary school or could not attend. Vaping getting more headlines than measles did..don’t figure…
Hope you feeling better..x take care

I said recreational users….not anyone using it for medical etc purpose….ie the lazy bums who don’t work but smoke weed all day long
