Sat here watching Election 2010.
The polling stations have been open since 7am. That’s 15 flippin hours those peeps have been sat there manning the stations & now all they are moaning about on TV is the fact that voters were turned away.
Bad management or the good ole general public leaving it too late your veiws please.

7 May, 2010 at 7:43 am #439240I voted at 9.30 pm last night, was not a soul about, infact I think I woke up the 2 peeps working the front desk  I was undecided for who to vote for until the very last minisecond. Mr Kent was huffing and puffing as to why I took so long
7 May, 2010 at 9:01 am #439241Why do the people with rosettes who hang around the entrance always get the hump when I won’t give them my number on the way in and won’t tell them who I voted for on the way out?
Still a Conservative stronghold here, stuck with the same old greasy slimey corpulent MP we’ve had for the last 13 years…ah well.
7 May, 2010 at 9:21 am #439242I wanted to vote , and lost my right to , due to not being able to leave the house
( and no i dont have shackles on ). I phoned them explained the situation , they asked
whom i was going to vote for i told them thats nothing to do with you , oh they said
it is as, as the choice that you make means we will ask that party to come round
and you can tick your box, and we will then put it into the correct box here, ok i said
makes sence …………… Nobody turned up, i lost my right to vote, glad now they did not get mine, what a shambles .. -
