Who said that ?
11 April, 2010 at 8:52 pm #437627The dead are dead…they have no worries nor suffer, unlike that of someone suffering at the hands of injustice
i take it that was you posting ?…….yes the dead are dead… however those who kill need to be bought to justice and those who die without a name need a burial with a name !

OOOpz that baby`s always doin that….
Of course, justice must be served, i was simply asking at what price ? The dead are dead and dont suffer, people who have been locked away for something they did not do suffer immensley…trust me…..there have been many many cases of in justice through the hapless police and, in some cases they have arranged it to be so….in cases such as massacres, there will be in the vast majority of cases be a relative who will be available to cross match samples…not all of course…but the majority

Gazlan have you ever dealt with a dead body? Have you ever worked as or with a foresnsic
pathologist? who takes every effort to identify human remains, majority look upon them as a person with respect and try to find out who they are where they came from how they happened to be on a mortuary slab and lastly to find relatives or to go to a relative and tell them exactly how they died, so that they can be given a proper burial,11 April, 2010 at 9:36 pm #437630Actually i have done some work with a pathology technician and witnessed more than one post mortem, although the relevance of this is un-important…this does not escape the facts i have mentioned, people who have been wrongly imprisoned suffer immensly…they are living human beings !!!!!!
There are many many ways to identify remains without DNA……. although i have no statistics at hand, i will say that in almost all cases of issues identifying bodies, there will be a relative alive who has reported a loss, i have said that there will be cases where there will be no relative….but the dead are still dead and DO NOT SUFFER!!!!11 April, 2010 at 9:47 pm #437631@gazlan wrote:

Do at least try and get it right….. Why dont you inform us as you are so educated, how many ways the dead can be identified??????

There are occasions many occasions where the relatives are unaware of the deaths and thousands of people go missing every year in all sorts of circumstances to have a body with dna is a bonus but without knowing who to match that dna too its worthless……and they may not suffer once there dead gaz but whos to say they didnt suffer during there death.
What would be intresting to know is how many people have been wrongfully accused and sentanced with dna evidence ……..and lets not forget the many cases of wrongfull imprisonment that have been solved becuase of new dna evidence proving the the person behind bars was innocent .
