I found some excerpts from the speeches that Griffin and Collett made. Decide for yourself whether you think they are intended to incite hatred against Asians and muslims. As you can see, it’s a lot more than just saying Islam is a “wicked, vicious faith”.
Nick Griffin:
“These 18, 19, and 25-year-old Asian Muslims who are seducing and raping white girls in this town right now are not particularly good Muslims, they drink and all the rest of it, but still part of what they are doing comes from what they are taught is acceptable….Their good book [the Qur’an] tells them that that’s acceptable……..It’s part of their plan for conquering countries. It’s how they do it”
“….and you will find verse after verse after verse which says that you can take any women you want as long as they’re not Muslim women – any woman that your right arm can own. That’s the sword arm, it’s the fighting arm, it’s the arm you hit a white lad with a baseball bat with … that’s the sword, the fighting arm. Any woman that they can take by force or guile is theirs. If they get a non Muslim girl and they get her pregnant then her community doesn’t want her and the child generally grows up to be a Muslim. And that’s the way that this wicked vicious faith has expanded from a handful of cranky lunatics about thirteen hundred years ago, till it’s now sweeping country after country before it all over the world … And if you’ve got young children in your family, or teenage girls, or slightly older boys, or pensioners, then you’ve got to stand up and do something for the British National Party, because otherwise they will do for someone in your family. That is the truth. For saying that, I tell you I would get seven years if I said that outside – if I said that in front of people who would go and report it to the police.”
Mark Collett:
“When these Asians go out looking for a victim, they don’t go looking for Asian victims.
They don’t go mugging Asian grandmas, they don’t go stabbing each other, they don’t go trying to solicit sex off little Pritesh or little Sanjita, they go straight to the whites because they are trying to destroy us and they are the racists. If you want these people out and to stop asylum seekers coming in, then vote for the BNP”11 November, 2006 at 6:32 pm #247956@Mr Bigstuff wrote:
there has never been absolute freedom of speech, there have always been things that lawmakers have banned people from saying. You can’t mischievously shout “fire” in a crowded theatre
Why not, if you’ve ever done any kind of safety training, they’ll tell you that saying something like that doesn’t panick people at all. Infact, people are more likely to wait until they can see the fire before moving, unless a official that they can see says move.
If some demagogue goes around saying that muslims will harm your kids and take your women by force then those people who believe what that person is saying will be more inclined to attack, abuse, or discriminate against muslims.
No one said that, Nick explained how certain muslim fanatics have already done so, and that if people didnt back the BNP, it would carry on, as it has done.
Fortunately, the government doesn’t plan to sit on its laurels and is proposing a toughening up of race-hate legislation so that extremists can’t get off on technicalities. They will probably run into difficulties again with people who naively think it’s an issue of free speech.
Asking folk to do wrong, is wrong, but telling people the truth is good, and if you think by stiffling that is a good thing, you are a idiot.
Can you explain to us all what constitutes incitement to racial hatred?
For instance, could a football fan say to an audience of people, that nottingham forest fans are bad?
That sort of thing happens at just about every football ground by people, yet no one would ever think of curtailing it.

Griffin and Collet’s words are self-evident. Their purpose is to stir up hatred towards asians and muslims. What else do you call the suggestion that asians/muslims will harm someone in your family if you don’t do something about them?
What is true about the claim that it’s acceptable in muslim culture to take white women by force or by deception? If anything, muslim parents prefer their kids to have relationships with other muslims rather than people of another faith.
It shows how screwed up this country is when a person can be caught on video and audio inciting hatred against minorities, he admits what he’s saying is a crime and yet the jury acquits him. That’s Yorkshire for you.

Making folk aware of the dangers posed.

What kind of decent relationship is it to rape someone?

and theres no chance of a re-trial there is there!!
13 November, 2006 at 8:02 pm #247961The other incredible difference between MJ’s trial and NG’s is the media attitude, with MJ its was about 60-40 in favour, with NG it was about 5-95 in favour at best.
We all pretty much know that MJ isnt squeaky clean, especially his bed sheets  , but because he has a mass of world wide support, including well “respected” celebrities like liza minelli and joan collins etc, and used to be black, someone who the media quite like, they couldn’t/wouldn’t bash him.
It was quite easy to belittle NG, yet he was/is much more innocent.

13 November, 2006 at 10:19 pm #247963Griffin and Collett were guilty as sin, caught on tape “in flagrante delicto”. Griffin admitted that he had commited a crime. They were deliberately scare-mongering and inciting hatred. Either the jury decided it was a case of inciting hatred towards a religious group rather than racial hatred or they mistakenly thought it was a case of free speech. Either way, those 2 scumbags got away with their hate-mongering.
You can see from the extracts I posted that this wasn’t a theological discussion, this was incitement against muslims and asians. Griffin should be locked up in a cell with Abu Hamza. That’s where they both belong.

You obviously do not agree with the law then. Do you prefer lawlessness and/or dictatorism?
Griffin admitted that he had commited a crime.
Mr troll, he didnt, he said he would be commiting a crime had he said what he said outside…
They were deliberately scare-mongering and inciting hatred.
No mate, your wrong again. They were found innocent. Is the white padded walls affecting your reading skills?

The former more likely. Isnt this statement rather contradictory of the above statements you make, you are worrying me somewhat, you’d better let us know your doctors numbers so we can ring them all for you.

Wow you are deluded, they were proved innocent.
