ya on 8) im wearing a skirt ffs i must be mad last time i wore a froke i had bruces up me legs and i was told i pulled me froke up and threw me shoes off and played football with empty can and a load of lads out side a chippy

you should be fine to lose 7lb if you go for it though most of that will probably be water exercise definitely Hot water with a squeeze of lemon juice in the morning is supposed to kick start the metabolism Have breakfast, porridge is a good slow release food, eat every three hours (little and often) but not after two hours before you go to bed
