    ya on 8) im wearing a skirt ffs i must be mad last time i wore a froke i had bruces up me legs and i was told i pulled me froke up and threw me shoes off and played football with empty can and a load of lads out side a chippy

    And then started to rugby tackle them because i said they was cheating lol :shock:

    you should be fine to lose 7lb if you go for it though most of that will probably be water exercise definitely Hot water with a squeeze of lemon juice in the morning is supposed to kick start the metabolism Have breakfast, porridge is a good slow release food, eat every three hours (little and often) but not after two hours before you go to bed

    just eat more to fit into the bigger size……..its easier and much more fun. :lol:
