oh the sheer joy of hitting the virtually empty M58, after hours of stop start stop start on the M6, its one of my fave feelings, having the space and confidence to floor it if only for 15 minutes …. my dad told me all motorways were like that years ago, empty ( ish ) now they are so overloaded Not sure what the answer is tbh
German Autobahns are far more efficient. UK is stuck in a time zone.

It seems that human consciousness, and the ability to reason, appreciate beauty, discover scientific principles, etc. is not necessary for survival and points to something, or someone, outside of ourselves, i.e., God.

Observation that animals don’t need those things to survive, and reasoning that human beings are predestined for more than survival.
If humans don’t colonialize space soon, this planet is doomed. Is colonialize a word, lol.
I don’t know, you think so Ge? I think the world’s population can fit into the state of Texas. I look at the U.S., and there’s lots of open space, and resources.
