It’ll be the Flat Earth Society next 😂

Good work.
Thank us humans Ge, we are the ones that put it there.
Is the human species not created in gods image?
This for me is the crux of it, your god doesn’t take responsibility for anything that happens on this little planet of ours and when this little planet has gone, god will also be gone.
22 March, 2018 at 6:44 pm #1090459There are answers to be found in religion, I’m just saying I don’t have the knowledge or experience to explain them.
No one can explain it , not even the pope himself. Religion has no answers, that’s why it’s a fools mantra catering for the naive and gullible hence my comments about the intelligence factor involved in following it.
I don’t think you can call these people stupid….
22 March, 2018 at 6:50 pm #1090461How many of those were around before Darwin?

How many of those believed in the very same concept of God as you?

In His image, yes, with free will.
I’m not out to change your mind Ge and I am genuinely interested in your thoughts but personally I do believe there is a God, and the Big Bang was his ultimate flash of inspiration.
I have always looked for reasons, why and how we came to be, why do we laugh, feel love, why do we care, what makes us human? Where do our morals come from?
I dont deny evolution, or science but i still question. Science and faith aren’t necessarily incompatible.
22 March, 2018 at 6:57 pm #1090464Believe in any God you like, but as long as it incorporates the incontrovertible facts of Evolution and The Big Bang.
Isn’t it ironic how the God Squad indicate to Darwin and Einstein’s “faiths” yet dismiss what their Scientific works suggest.
If Hawkin and Dawkins WEREN’T declared atheists, no doubt the God Squad would be bandying their names about too 😆

I would happily change my views on any subject if a rational counter argument is presented and with evidence. So called Christians often possess the least morals of all. You also ask where those morals come from as if it is solely a human trait, it isn’t. Ultimately though, science and faith are NOT compatible. You may well believe in a god, but it isn’t the same god depicted in theology.

As I have already said Echo, they would all be put to death in that era for being devils if they said they were atheists .. what do you think they are going to say exactly? ” I’m a atheist “
22 March, 2018 at 7:03 pm #1090467why do we laugh
As highly developed species we have humour. Evolution.
feel love,
The same as above.
why do we care
Same. Altruism has developed.
what makes us human?
A unique and distinct set of genetic coding. We used to be apes.
Where do our morals come from?
Common sense, and the combined common sense of our ancestors passed down to us via indoctrination.
Morals existed long before jews and bibles.
I hope that answers your questions. I can elaborate if necessary.
