Trying to load a game

I ‘ve bought Medal of honour (pacific assault) and tried to load it many times, it is an original new disc and my comp exceeds the specs required to run the game, yet all I can get is the title screen, I’ve done everything in the manual like closing down apps so the game has the resources to run yet still nothing, anybody have any ideas, all suggestions appreciated.
