Time Smoke-Free: 25 days, 1 hour, 22 minutes and 32 seconds
Cigarettes NOT smoked: 501 (err less 7 from the emergency last packet i “accidently” found)
Lifetime Saved: 3 days, 19 hours
Money Saved: £129.50

AND i spent yesterday evening with my mate who is a smoker and who is not very considerate towards me giving up :twisted: but i managed to refrain (and not smoke either) :D :D

36 Days now since I stopped smoking…………and I can honestly say dont want one. I do not get so out of breath. and have a better sense of smell now… Hope to carry on. (fingers crossed.) GOOD LUCK to all of you
