Catty, the thing to remember is.. you aren’t giving up something nice, you are choosing to live more healthily, and not to give in to that nasty nicotine monster !!!! You are doing something positive, and smoking is the negative thing to do. You aren’t missing out on anything particularly wonderful you know. Cigarettes are expensive, they dull your sense of taste, they taste yuch, they gunge up yer lungs, and they give you bad breath (nearly as bad as your fish breath after a tin of tuna :lol: ).

Keep at it catty, you are a non-smoker now, and how good is that. :)

I found a great way to stop smoking….

GET THE “FLU”….. :D

When u try and exhale the smoke through your nose your eyes whizz round and the smoke covers your brain and gives u an excruciating headache leading to vomiting and chest pains.

I aint ad a fag for three whole days now…. :D/ :D/ :D/

No laughing. that is awful fast.. hope you get better soon.. and if you do.. lol.. maybe good time to start thinking about not smoking btw :wink:
