He does’nt want to lose to me and i don’t want to lose to him. But we are still encouraging each other, so it is all good. And i am planning to do the Dublin marathon and the great noth run this year!!!

fraid i need all the help i can get, i’m on my 11th week, but dreading coming off the final patches cos i still get pretty strong urges …… :lol:

my god im glad I quit on my own, no gum or patches, the urges were gone in a weeks or so, and i was smokin 80 a day when i quit
Gawd you must just be really strong willed Dawny..I still want a fag and has now been months since I stopped. The feelings of craving a ciggy are less and not as strong but I have some moments and they ain’t abating when I could tear a fag from the person standing or sitting next to me.
Foxy well done…..good luck when you stop patches..you can do it..and you don’t want to go back the way and start burning that braw pink tutu with dropping fag ash :lol: .. em pink tutu’s and ciggies sort of don’t go anyways…mwah.
Well done Paddy and good luck at marathon, dunno what the north run is but good luck there as well. Hands paddy a medal just for being brave enough to think about running a marathon.

Ya I know what ya mean. The urges stay with you im afraid. They’re very rare but for the rest of your life you’ll get the odd urge.
Im a week in again now with the help of my old buddy Mr Nicorette. I know it’s totally over this time, and it’s hard knowing that I’ll never put another B+H in my mouth again ever.dont say i didnt warn you chessipie lol (now where’s them onions??) :shock:
