How appropriate to a Trump thread. Trumpland, where fake news is shouted whenever something bad is shown.
It’s not a random individual, as Gerry screams out in anger.
It’s Steve Hadley, a senior official in the RMT rail union.
It wasn’t just the Sun. The news was carried on several papers, including the Evening Standard. The picture from The Sun wouldn’t take so I pasted it from another newspaper.
Steve was daft enough to go to the Westminster Arms, a pub which happens to be frequented by fascists, where he was attacked by a large group of men. Something tells me that they aren’t CND or LGBT supporters. he had been a leading speaker in the anti-fascist demonstration called against the pro-Trump/Tommy Robinson marchers earlier that afternoon. There are pictures of him speaking.
He was daft enough not to heed the calls always issued at anti-fascist demonstrations. Don’t get isolated. Keep in groups and get the hell out. The fascists hang around, look out for isolated people with placards and jump them. These are well-tried fascist tactics
The main point of my posting it on the trump thread is that it took place after the pro-Trump march, and that anyone who feels idealistic enough to go to these things must take care. These people are dangerous, and revel in physical violence. They then shout fake news whenever exposed.
I don’t share Ge’s hatred of you or think you are ” trolling” the boards but it’s fairly evident despite your advanced years , you lack any kind of perspective on anything exhibiting traits you claim to condemn unable to differentiate between individuals that may share one or two things in common but lumping them all in the same labelled box. It’s like showing a child a picture of a figure attired in black and the little toddler screaming evil as his/her brain can only cope with basic association unable to grasp that things aren’t black and white. The fact that you are finding isolated incidents perpetuated by one person and labelling all as sharing the same characteristics just screams ignorance on so many levels.
It may not have occurred to you that each political/ philosophical / “group” has a myriad of different attitudes and character traits from each specific member but you round up all the brexiters and trump supporters as something akin to the borg sharing the same mental collective – its something a child would do.
You obviously have some background in terms of education with a few books read that you allude to ( possibly googled) but given your posts on here , views on religion where you describe yourself as a christian cherry picking bits of the bible to suit your own agenda subscribing to the simplistic child like notion of black and white / heaven and hell , itd be fair to say you aren’t a troll just someone fairly dim.
Incidentally don’t label me with ge or anyone else on here, unlike you I have a individuality and dont need to find allies to substantiate a viewpoint , this isn’t a playground where sides are taken. I dont do cliques and once again your limited brain is attempting to draw parallels with posters that dont exist other than on one specific topic playing the role of victim as some sort of abused soul at the hands of a gang.. you’re dismissed .

Oh yeah and isn’t it funny that the man Slippery has just been lauding as a working class hero attacked by vicious right wing thugs, shares exactly the same views as I do on Brexit and sneered at by Slippery.
