Anita!!!!! This looks very very promising! That link shows exactly how my pc is running at the moment.
However, there is one more niggling thing………..
I go into safemode, and when click on smartfix it asked me how i want to open the file!!!! I tried to open the file with windows explorer but thats no good, any ideas?????I reckon i can sort it, if i get past this little prob! cheers mate ur a legend :D

I got up to the blue screen bit and i was asked if i wanted my registry cleaning, i said yes like i was instucted to and a message came up saying “Cannot import cleanup.reg: Error accessing the registry, so I stopped at that point, and i havent ‘replaced the infected file’.
However, i restarted my PC and the trojan has gone and i have my PC back! I have lost my screensaver, but that can be easily sorted and i have tried to reinstall google toolbar, but for some reason, i cant get that back up. But i dont really care, cos i know the virus has gone! FFS ive never had anything that bad on my comp before! I sh it meself!
