hi,i was listening to the dlt (dave lee travis) earlier, and among his quizzes and discussions
and he asked ,have any of you,ever trapped a part of your anatomy?
well y know my ears pricked up.i thought i have, tried to ring couldnt get through
my trapped moment was fingers, car door, ouch,excruciating pain
anybody else?Yeah. Nipples in a clamp. They said if I didn’t pay the fine, they’d tow me away.

anybody else?Well, my son did the exact same thing last week… he was in absolute agony that evening.. so a trip to A&E.. and 3 hrs later.. they burnt a hole in his nail , to extract the blood out. The relief was immediate.. they told him he was right not to leave it.. as the collection of blood made his thumb swell to epic proportions, and would have continued on to his fingers, :shock: He had his thumb bandaged for 48 hours, and so far , so good , all is well.

look listen,im not one to moan,in fact i beleive in the old adage, pain is only weakness leaving the body,but when i trapped my fingers in the door, i yelped like a little puppy,i had to learn to type right handed.
When I was getting married, unaware that the ring my hubby used to wear on his left hand, was going to be on his right, also unaware that he hadn’t tried it on first – I refused to marry him until I got it on – was quite funny at the time, apparently it wasn’t afterwards as he had to get it off to take it to a jewellers to make it bigger, but with a lot of soap and a good friend they managed it – looked really sore, but at least he got his blood circulation going again! :lol:
Trapped me?! oh yeah……………..2 hrs in a rickoty lift with boss, all 17 stone of him. It was only allowed 3 people at a squeeze anyway! The lift stuck half way to our floor and the shaft – he managed to squidge the door open a cm and stick his mobile antanae (those were the days eh?!) out, and call 999 for the fire-bregade to come out and crow bar us out! It really didn’t help me much when he kept jumping up and down to get it to do something – I seriously now have claustrophobia because of it, and it took two of the chaps to get me out as I was curled up in a ball, absolutely terrified. Wouldn’t wish that experience on my morst enemy!
To add insult to injury a woman had turned up for a meeting and was hilariously laughing at us being stuck in there – well, I can tell you the tea she asked for when we eventually got out, must have tasted disgusting 8) :lol:
