it was only recently that i saw it. it was on ross kemp on gangs. he as in bolivia talking to gang members nd they were saying that the police and the government were on the take from the drug barrons. im not saying they are all at it, but every society has its corruption doesnt it ? just look at our government at the moment. its not hard to magine that where drugs and big money are concerned people will be on the take, its hard for them not to in some places. mabey if we gave mandatory 20 year sentences to drug dealers there would be less problems, i dont know ?. its a hard one innit? stopping kids doing it in the first place would be a good start, but thats never going to happen when weve got two or three generations in some families on drugs. its seen as a career choice for teens nowadays, why work for a fiver a hour when you can earn a hundred quid a day dealing drugs. its a no brainer for some. do you have any ideas ? im at a loss to be honest. and im not being sarky either. what do we do. im lucky my kids drink and they smoke fags, my son did smoke spliff but he is mildly autistic nd it did him no favours, but he had the sense to stop before it got bad. i occasionally smoke it but only when im in a lot of pain, i have a severe back broblem and am prescribed morphine if i need it, but my specialist said smoke weed, its works and i dont need the morphine. but that is only rarely now. its not a daily or weekly thing.

This is hardly news. The Trades’ Unions, by their very nature, are socialists. True socialists are never nationalists but internationalists. The human race as a whole is their concern, not some made up notion of a state, created in order to disenfranchise the masses. This is what always makes me sad about so called socialists who decide to vote SNP or Plaid. It’s a contradiction and a failing of socialist principles. One nation, one people, one tribe.
