Many years ago I bought a computer from Tiny just before they went bust. Tiny were also part of Time. I was offered a support package called ‘Total care’ and me being me ie: a total pc novice thought this was a good idea, so I took out their silver package costing around £11 a month on Direct Debit…….Tiny and Time disappeared into the abyss and I continued to pay for a support package I knew I would never use as the Total Support company were so vague on the phone I decided if I ever gave them my pc to fix I’d probably never see it again………I paid the 12 month contract and then cancelled the Direct Debit and used my pc for many years until I decided it was time to get a new laptop 3 years ago……
Saturday 4th August 2012 I was looking at my bank account online and could see a Direct Debit payment made to Total Care for £2.99……….
First things first, I panicked then went and made a cup of tea ……….phoned my bank, spoke to two people and the Direct Debit was cancelled…..
Today on MoneySavingExpert.com forums I found many posts made by people who have experienced the same as me

Please have a look if you have had dealings with Tiny/Time/Supanet/Total Care Support in the past.
This morning I went to my bank and discussed the matter making sure there is now a Total Care/Tiny/Time/ block on my account plus the bank has reclaimed the payment back for me.
I thought I’d post this just incase anyone else has had problems like me.
