True Sarah…most eggs have a very high protein intake……..its great but eggs give too much of a protein kick at one time…..never had a problem years ago when i just drank the yellow parts…..i’m only yolking of course…….only Rocky can drink ten egg yellows a session.

Thing is…..good as eggs are…they give off too much protein the body can probably handle at one time so that’s where the tummy ache comes from. But they are invaluable if one does loads of weight lifting or strenuous physical activity as protein repairs muscle as well as many other things.
