Recognise good quality beef…….meat should be firm to the touch..
Rsecognise good quality pork….this meat should be firm and smooth to the touch , however the older ones will have more gristle then the younger ones
awww thats so true ……….but i have to say i do like my meat well matured and i just spit out the gristle :lol:
