As you know chavs/hoodies/kevs/neds/ratheads what ever you call them, threaten, rape, intimidate and burgle every minute of everyday of everynight. The police are soft on them just because of their young age.
I think this is wrong!
I think we should round up everyone who wears baseball caps or hoodies and lock them up into prison until they’re no longer a hooligan.
I think 3 months should suffice.
