Sicily is Italy by the way……I’m cycling South west Uk.
Ok……checking a few things today. Basically….. the weight i’m carrying. I got a great back pack but that doesn’t mean i want to fill it to the brim. The bike tools and clothes are most important as i can find food and drink on the way. Having said that…i will be taking a fair few Londis flapjacks with me to get me going….LOL Great thing about cycling this far……..is that i can eat what i like. Last time i did half way i lost about 1 stone. Going the whole way equals far more so i reckon i might lose 2.5 stone. Not really that concerned about weight loss…that’s guaranteed. What isn’t guaranteed is the psychological results.
Looking forward to cycling to Bristol, Gloucester , Bath and within the vicinity in September.
Ok see you all in a weeks time. I’m off tomorrow (Wednesday) look forward to catching up on the J.C feature film…Orson’s Minions when i get back. LOL You all have a great week.

Be good to you….laughing other day came here first time before end of month May holiday, now we have September coming with another holiday, well…When come for my own holiday, should I put sign on my body? Anyone know where can find Mister Q. On a bike some where. Back pack, flap jacks, 6 thin tires on shoulder????
