Well that settles it hey, cctv cameras catch all the criminals and never watch us

    You are a retard slavery.

This just goes to show you, that fascists like slayer and his mob will go to desperate lengths to convince us that control benefits all of us.

Come on slavery slayer, do your best, give us a GOOD reason why patio heaters outside a bar to keep smokers warm, is a bad idea?

ive just re read these posts after a week or so. well written emma i totally agree with a lot of it. but i have no real problem with cctv i have recently started a job dealing directly with the public. and cash handling, its a scary job nowadays, and a lot of that is because of our open door policy. the vast majority of mugging robberies and thefts done in my home town are now done by albanians, cosovan jypsies, and and our very own drug scum. i catch people with forged documents and cloned travel tickets daily. the vast majority of them claim they speak no english. yet they were chatting yorkshire while we were checking their documents and tickets. the town is becoming a no go area for the elderly, they are genuineley worried to walk the streets. when you mention the cctv cameras they say the same thing all the time ” thats no good when your being stabbed to death is it ? and i can understand why they feel so intimidated. but the cameras are doing real good work here, and the police and town centre shops are working together to help stop it. the cameras are jointly paid for by the companies and the council.

The Dutch government charge 29p per litre of petrol as tax, our fascist government charge 57p per litre, almost double.

    Dictator Brown says its because of the price of oil. = + – = + – ???

2 leaders of Transaction-2007 made it quite clear in interviews today that if dictator Brown doesn’t bring the price down, they’ll be blockades. Normally they say alot about possible blockades and demonstrations to get people thinking, but they didn’t this time prefering not to be blammed in the long run, hint hint, they know something.

So, will dictator Brown back down? The “clunking fist”, the dour Scotsman.

Well his hands are tied, because he wastes billions on EU membership, millions looking after asylum seekers, millions paying interpreters to communicate with them, millions on diversity organisations, millions on MP expenses, £7,500,000 BILLION in aid to Africa last year, and at the same time hire their best doctors to look after us, incredible.

Dictator brown even sold our gold reserves for a QUARTER of its value!!!

Get ready folks, we are heading for society breakdown.

Yes, and then look what the Dutch government set as their standard income tax (approximately 40%) and thats before VAT, local council tax etc etc etc- you try losing almost 60% of your wage and no wonder the dutch government doesnt tax petrol

You continually take snippets out of context and spin them for your own point of view- you’d make a good politician-

Fair point slavery. Atleast the Dutch are fair on income tax unlike ours. I would prefer the version of no tax on income myself.

But what about the billions we waste as stated above?

We pay more in tax per litre than all of europe (BBC news report), are we the least taxed on income?

Do you think New Labour will lose the next general election?

Well they scored their lowest ever Poll of 24% recently, and what with all the other nightmare things going on, you’d think they have a very poor chance.

But yesterday, New Labour managed to win the right to detain “ANYONE WHO THEY BELIEVE IS A THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY”, any 1 of us, ANY ONE of us.

So, if New Labour wanted to, they could detain enough candidates standing against them for 42 days upto voting day, thus they win.

    Britain – democracy??

As much as I abhore the erosion of our rights emma, I have to say you really do try very hard to sensationalise. In 1997 the powers could hold someone for a maximum of 5 days, 11 years later it is 42 days. If inflation were recorded on Labours erosion of our rights, we’d be floating somewhere over 800%.

Will they lose the next election? Yes.
Will the tories reverse the laws passed by Labour? No
Will it be ‘as is’? Yes
Will I still have to listen about racist parties and their followers? Yes
Will the Tories lower fuel tax? No
Will they bring back the 10p tax rate? No
Will they withdraw us from the Middle East? No

So it is, same old, same old. Very cynical I know, but rarely are laws and budgets reversed. MP’s are on the whole there for themselves. They don’t care less about the voters. And it doesn’t matter who you vote for, even your beloved racists. They would still conform, as all ideoligists do. The country is run by civil servants, not the ‘people’s elected’, although I say that very loosely. Governments come and Governments go, but civil servants are always there. They are the policy advisors, the same advisors that gave the same advice to the previous Government. A democratic country doesn’t exist without conformity.

Democracy exists only in our minds, in reality we really have no say.
