i ordered a bathroom cabinet and was told it would definitely be delivered yesterday and as soon as we get it madam we will ring you………still waiting……..now that really bugs me…….if there is a reason ring me and let me know!!! ignoramouses at dwell in house of fraser bluewater :lol:

how comes when you want to order somthing your phone call is answered immediately but when you are trying to chase up the order when its 2 days late no one answers the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :twisted:

im calm :lol: yesterday i tried ringing them 4 times and no answer………….yes 4 times!!!
Only 4 lol….. i’ve had times when i’ve had numbers on permanent redial to clog up their lines… but then i’m like that when i’m annoyed :?

well apparantly the cabinet has just arrived…….an hour after i rang up and asked where is it and why is it late …hmmmmm :roll:
