I fully agree with u about this Carol. If doctors actually listend to u instead of assuming that they know what your problem is, it might make a big difference to the treatment. Also, Doctors Receptionists! Hitleresses in training!
In fairness, the receptionists at my surgery are lovely, all but one man who’s a little far up his own ar*e :-k hmmmm reminds me of someone else, i’m sure it’ll come to me :-
