Bought a bottle of white wine late last night from Tesco Express in town called La Difference – I only bought it because i liked the picture of the little fish on the label :D cost just over a fiver but it was bloody lush.
On the other hand, last week I bought a bottle of white based on the fact that it had a cute picture of a fox on the label, cant remember the name of it, but it was vile!
Im sure Ive had the one with the fox, I think Ive probably had them all lol
Ive got my usual for the girls coming round tonight… Tesco’s South African
im partial to the co-ops fair trade Chilean Merlot. daughter not so keen so i picked up a bottle for 3 quid. more for a laugh with a wee pink elephant on label,, it was GREAT !
couple of weeks ago i popped round to see my sister, nipped into her local offy and bought 2 bottles of wine for a fiver!! (and not your pi/ss strength lambrini either!)
Tasted bloody foul, but did the trick :lol:
Our offy does that too, but your lucky to find anything stronger than 11.5, but two for a fiver you cant really crumble.

co -op wines rock,, and what i like about it there the same wherever ya go,, so if im visiting friends down south id still get my fair trade wines. I remember a woman from another chat place, visited me and she brought with her 2 bottles of co-op chianti LOL.. she assumed she wouldnt get it up here !

exactly !! she came off the train all harrassed.. ! she genuinely thought ya only got whisky in scotland LOL.. drunk her under the bliddy table too,i did :)
girls were in business!!! just fetched a bottle of red, Turner something or other i dunno…had a cute humming bird on the label. Its 5 o clock and ive an empty stomach, but fook it – its the weekend 8)
