On a recent trip to the U.S. I promised myself not to go loolah (Irishism for “mental”) on any fashion outlet shopping sprees… umm.. it didn’t work :roll: .
The gorgeousness and gorgeousity of getting my maulers on reasonably priced delicacies from the likes of Kenneth Cole, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, GAP, Timberland (omg the list is endless!!) et al was just too overpowering.
Anyway.. looking beyond my Cosmo-whorology, what is your take on the whole Fashion gig?
I left a pretty singular poll question, but please feel free to elaborate on what you deem fashion to be? Or should be? Or should it be at all?

pretty much an indy girl me, I like a lable here and there yet Im anti lables unless they are indy lol
Even when I look “odd” I only look like fellow “odd” looking people.
Ive changed a bit in the last few years since I found a nice niche in an indi bar…
But…. had a chat with a friend and he has the hump with all these up and coming “indie’s”…. making them all look “the same”!
I do have an individual personal preference, and LOVE Camdem which seems to be the only place (other than lakeside and bluewater who seriously overcharge for being different) that you can buy stuff that is off the wall.
I am a slave to a gooner shirt though. But hey that’s me. and nice fitting stuff.
Each to their own. I like fashion, but I would never buy those trouserskirts that were out a few years ago… bloody hideous!
AND!!!!! (Im on a roll now!) why is it when you are interior decorating there is no colour choice nowadays with soft furnishings/add ons? If it aint neutral it dont exist! Months and months ago I was searching for a particular colour of stuff to match what I had and couldnt get it….

i replied to no but im not anti fashion if i like it id wear it so i wouldnt not wear it because its in fashion, but i have no fashion sense whatsover i wear what i feel good in wether it be budget quality seconds gear or high price designer, though i do say the better quality clothes are a better buy if u can afford it as usually they outlast cheap stuff 3 to 1, but if ur a strict fashion follower thats a waste of money anyway cos by the time u put it on its out of fashion again lol <<<< goes and dons my pink shell suit :lol:
