I can be a very convincing liar when the need arises, mind you

    Liar lol

    You what??

You what you what you what?

    Calling me a liar?????

Don’t mix wiht me, or you’ll regret it.

Oh yes, call me a liar, will ya?!

You’ll regret the day you were born the day you crossed me, I’ll hound you to the ends of the earth!

I’ll make sure you’re driven off the boards…

    and out of the room…

    and out of Kent, even!!

Oh yes, don’t mix with me!!

Assuming you are a genuine woman, which I cannot believe, coz genuine women are meek and mild and never come out of the kitchen.

    You sound like St Alfie!

see, that’ll teach you to call me a liar

*struts across the stage beating his chest

Nearly any adult will tell you that lying is wrong. But when it comes to avoiding trouble, saving face in front of the boss, or sparing someone’s feelings, many people find themselves doing it anyway. Some people say ” I never lie” well that’s a lie!!We all lie from time to time We make it sound innocent when we call it a fib. Lies rank from the small ‘white lie, to bold face whoppers.” So why do we do it? What lies have you told? it could be lying to save face, lying to be nice, lying to get ones way, lying to shift the blame etc etc .

    Speak for yourself.

I always speak my mind and feel no need to lie.

I don’t think it is ever acceptable to lie, I haven’t lied intentionally since I was about 18.

Sometimes I will say things that are not true because my memory is terrible, however.

Kenty, sometimes we lie to protect someone. When my kids were small we always had hamsters as you know they only live for approx. 3 years Sooooo each time one died I never told the kids- I would go the pet shop and get another one with the same marking etc. I think in the end we had a 20 year old hamster loll. Now we have one at home that belongs to the granddaughter the first one we got her escaped one night from his cage he managed to crawl thru the vent hose in the tumble dryer and out into the garden. When we found him the next day sadly he was dead I think the cold Nov weather got him. Anyway I buried him in the pet patch at the back of my garden, This time I told her the truth well half truth, I told her he had escaped and we couldn’t find him. She simply said lets go the pet shop and get another one! which we did and now Harry is over 4 years old which is a world record for a hamster lol I :-) wonder how much longer he will go on but he running around that little wheel like Linford Christy.
