The official position of this site is that no form of abuse is permitted, which was repeatedly stated when all guests were banned from the site, even the innocent ones.
If this was the real reason then all of the other people who abuse should also have been banned long ago, but they haven’t.
So what was the real reason for banning guests?
Nothing has gone over my head as usual…..it would be lovely if JC was perfect and the only abusers were guests……the abuse is LESS……no one has said its gone……personally I don’t get abuse anymore…..however you do and I do not agree with it…..control what you can..ie block him…..report him….I don’t know why he is still here…..maybe the guides have not been in when he is to ban him I don’t know…..
Guests were banned because the majority of the abuse was coming from them as well you know…stop being pedantic…we know your point….yes there is a registered chatter still abusing using the site…. no one can deny its a lot better without the guests abusing….the sooner you stop thinking that your abuser isn’t banned because of you….the better you will cope….its not personal

You are a liar. I haven’t been aware of this at all! You need to report it to the site owner. If someone abuses while a Guide or Host is in the room then they will be banned. It’s that simple!

LMAO…. He has done the best he can….. no he hasn’t… if you understood the basics of how a site like this works you would realise that he could have done a hell of a lot more a lot sooner, be he CHOSE not to do so.
You had these threats regularly but you still continued to log on? After the first one I would have left.
That is the perfect example of why this site has so many issues, you don’t consider taking responsibility yourself, you just put it on the chatters.
I am not the sort of person to just run away when I find an environment threatening, I work hard to try and change it for the benefit of all.
Anyway…. it is clear now that it wont change for the good, expecting chatters to self-police when you give them no tools to do so is a joke.
BTW…. maybe it would be a good idea to consider this…. when a chatter complains to the admin that they are being threatened and are fearful…. instead of saying

Perhaps say something like.. “I am sorry to hear that, as a paying customer I will make sure that you get the service you paid for, it is very important to keep this a safe environment for all”

All me or any other Guides or Hosts can do is ban troublesome chatters when we are in the room, which has been made a lot easier now that numbers are not allowed.
Although you profess to be on an altruistic mission to make it better for other chatters by not running away from threats and abuse you admit to staying, yet moan because you are being threatened.
Over many years the admin have been blamed for simply everything under the sun. Often we don’t respond because most of it is laughable. Why do you think most of the Guides left?
Of course chatters are expected to police themselves, it’s an adult site, adults have choices, adults who abuse will be removed as much as possible, adults can choose whether to stay or go and if they are unsatisfied because admin are not interested in their petty little squabbles and complicated relationships it’s because they simply don’t care. Adults should be responsible for their own actions!Whinging about having no tools to deal with abuse is a joke. You are able not to respond to pm’s, you can block them, you don’t have to respond to threats and you don’t have to take abuse, it’s very simple, just don’t log on!
