    Ronnie Lane for me – makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up sometimes. Rough Mix with Pedo Townsend is still one of my favourite albums.

    btw – I see that first clip was live on the Basil Brush show of all places! Now you could only see that sort of quality on Jools Holland show I reckon.

    in deed.. lane for me also, with songs such as How Come, Anymore for Anymore, Debris, The Poacher he was a class act

    todays acts don’t really come close to his tallents on stage, too many bands trying to do too much, keep it simple, keep it great, music is music, it does’nt need tampering with special effects

    Steve Marriott for me. He was good with The Small Faces, but he was awesome with Humble-Pie. 8)

    humble pie were great, they are both great, just ronnie lane did it for me more then steve did, steve had a fantastic voice though, i got a cd of his called rainy changes, its a great listen and a great buy for any music lover
