People who say things to you about another chatter in pm are usually shiit stirring…they are cowards because if they had anything valid to say they would openly say it in the room….they are probably trying to get you to type things like this here …and in the room….and you have and you do….

I have observed the person you refer to, baiting you, rather craftily. The problem is though you automatically react, noisily. You need to start taking the advice given and start listening. Stop biting. Play their sly little game. It’s not difficult. Everytime they say something snidey, don’t instantly react. Bide your time. While you are allowing yourself to be the target of their utter madness, you feed them and their desire to be at the centre of attention, no matter who they trample on getting there. Don’t let them trample on you, by playing their games.
