What is your take (or give for that matter) on the whole extrasensory gig? Does it really exist? Is it really “out there”?

Im an open-minded sceptic… Id love to find proof.
Its not enough for me to have a “medium” tell me I have a lilac tree in the garden, and my grandad was a tall gentleman.
And yes I believe there are great mediums out there, but Derron Brown has shown how easy it is to fool people, without an inch of psychic ability!Ummm…Maybe
I dont belive all these doris’s reading palm’s and staring into crystal balls but i think i belive in that thing where twin’s know what’s happening to the other one.
According to essayist and author Edward Abbey, ‘Belief in the supernatural reflects a failure of the imagination’ which I think says more about his own lack of same, than of anything else. The faithless, soulless and senseless would doubtless agree with him, but then they too have neither the imagination nor the ability to comprehend that there are greater powers beyond our own..whoever, whatever and howsoever they may be.
These same soulless insentient beings go happily about ther business on a little planet spinning on its axis, pulled and drawn by moon and sun and mercury; whirling in a vast maw, an infinite blackness dotted with zillions of stars – without questioning the extraordinary phantasmagorialness of it all, and within this phantasmagorial context, unable to envisage that nothing is beyond imagination, all and every super and natural thing is possible.
Damn the confines of our silly little badly evolved brains.

i have books upon books on psychic abilities cold reading etc
instruction books!!!!!
id believe in it all if i didnt know how easy it was to do
so no not for me!
id hate for my life to be already planned out whats the point in trying to better yourself or achieve something when it will already happen anyway?
(im gonna get a psychic on the radio i reckon!)
