After having been elected and served only 6 months on Barking and Dagenham council, the BNP’s Sandra Doncaster is facing the collapse of her totally undistinguished and short-lived political carreer.
Mrs Doncaster owes the council a total of £2,170.34 in unpaid Council Tax.
B & D Council have now applied to Romford County Court for a Bankruptcy Order to be made out against her pursuant to Section 268 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
The 1972 Local Government Act stipulates that anyone who becomes bankrupt is automatically disqualified to sit as a councillor. Tough luck for all the Nazis and neo-fascist skinheads that voted BNP eh???
It looks as though this running away from debts is a BNP thing. In August Sandra’s daughter Claire – who is also a BNP councillor – was evicted from her B & D flat for being £2,000 behind on her rent.
I wonder if our own, our very own BNP supporter (Emma) will be standing for the shortly to be vacant seat in Barking & Dagenham????? (Unless of course Emma also has unpaid debts).

look at this from a different angle…
John prescott owed £5000 in unpaid council tax. all he got was 28 days to pay it. but hey there wasnt a campaign of brainless crap against his party was there.
Our prime minister sent our army into an illegal war. and his son was a drunken junkie. but we cannot punish them because they are part of a large political party.
Just because its BNP its given bad press.
Most of you people only think you know what the BNP is about and thats because you have been told so by some other party. Read the manifesto for yourself and then decide. just stop being puppets of todays f*cked up society.
in the last 30 years crime has risen by over 1500 per cent.
Violent crime by more.
sexual crime even more.
fraud up by 7000 per cent.
all in the last 30 years.mass immigration has been happening for the last 30 years.

An excellent bit of deflection if I may say so ‘artful’. But let’s get back to the subject of this thread which wasn’t the BNP’s policies but WAS the indebtedness of some of their newly elected Councillors.
To be fair the daughter Claire looks as though she will be able to continue to discharge her duties as a Councillor, in spite of being evicted for non payment of her rent.
I guess that you could draw a parallell between her and John Prescott if you want but it’s not a comparison that put her in much of a good light. After all he is a big fat joke ….. on the other hand…..?
However, to be declared bankrupt when you are supposed to be a representative of your community and summarily thrown off the Council is pretty disgraceful isn’t it, and this is exactly where Sandra Doncaster is headed.
What puzzles me out of all this is…. if these people are so marvelous and committed to supporting the BNP and the ‘English way of life’ – why doesn’t the party have a whip round and pay her £2,170.34 for her? After all it’s not such a huge sum and surely it’s better than having the BNP made into a laughing stock again?

Wow! That sounds so like Emma that it must be her brother! Coincidence? You decide! :) I hope she hasn’t just made up another name to make us think there are TWO BNP supporters on JC!! Next we’ll be hearing about the 100% increase in support for the BNP I suppose. :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

Immigration has been happening for hundreds of years, MASS immigration has occurred over the last 7-8 years.

Wow Emma !!! Another day goes by and still you have nothing to say in defence of your beloved BNP councillors and their deliberate avoidance of debts.
Surely this cannot mean that you are condoning their behaviour Emma??? Please tell us that you don’t support elected officials in positions of trust simply ripping off the tax payers?????

Are you by any chance suggesting that the whole thing is false and that these two didn’t do it ??? Surely not Emma – somebody so dedicated to the truth and free speech as yourself wouldn’t go into denial over all this would they??
