Good win for Rangers with a good performance to boot. Might not have any bearing on the title race at this stage but it gives us a boost. :D
Cuellar, McGregor, Hutton, Ferguson and Novo were the standouts for me but I thought McDonald getting booked early on didn’t help Celtic as his agression can be a valuable asset. Same with Brown.
Can have no complaints. :(
Good derby game – tackles left right and centre, bookings and controversy. Finished with a nice scoreline :D Even Strachan admitted that the better team won (after he had finished ranting and raving at anyone within earshot) and that’s rare.
Strange that Boyd missed out completely, didn’t think he’d start but thought he’d be there as an option. Like I said, I reckon it would have been a different game if McDonald and Brown hadn’t been on yellow cards so early.
